Information for Real Estate Buyers

As your Real Estate Attorney, our role is to provide legal guidance and support for all clients who are purchasing a home. In addition to reviewing and preparing all associated legal documents, Dillon Law LLC also conducts title searches to ensure the property is free of any legal issues that could potentially prevent a smooth transaction on closing day. 

Dillon Law LLC negotiates terms and conditions on behalf of our clients, and addresses any legal issues that may arise during the homebuying process. Our goal is to ensure all of our clients are legally protected, and that the exciting purchase of their home remains a low stress, enjoyable experience.

During the purchase of your home, Dillon Law LLC will complete the following:

• Guide all clients through the Purchase and Sale agreement, reviewing this document in full to ensure the client fully understands
• Conduct a title search in house to find any possible issues that could prevent a closing; including but not limited to liens.
• Prepare and record all legal documents that pertain to the purchase of you home.

As your Closing attorney, we will be there every step up the way, attending your closing to confirm all paperwork has been completed properly.
